nop i did not receive it...i asked CS tuesday if everything was right...i got told the processing was made on monday (yesterday) so 4 bussiness days later...and i got told it may take another 5 bussiness day for the $ to be on my bank account!
it could be nice if you take charge of it because i had 2 whitdrawal processsing at the moment...to be faIr in the end i dont see any sign of progress in the process in both whitdrawal on 'my account' when it should be already processed...
Hey @pittpitt welcome to the community,
I have to agree that the chat support isn't always the brightest (although I have had luck with really great ones)
Ofcourse it's end of the day and tomorrow is the weekend, so it can take a bit. But be sure, it will be fixed
Good luck for the rest!!
@pittpitt sorry to hear that you've got issues with a withdrawal. If the money has been sent from Unibet - which they surely must have been - they will need a copy of your bank statements since the withdrawal was made. Once they've got the proof that the money didn't arrive, they will look into it together with the partner that handled the transaction.
It does unfortunately sometimes take a bit of time for the payment provider to investigate where the money ended up.
Well, if I was in your position, I would send an email to the support right away. Explain the issue, maybe include a screen shot of the withdrawal on Unibet and attach the bank statements. I understand this might seem like a lot of trouble, but this is the fastest way to get things sorted. When support get to your email, they will log a case for you. Marco and Jeppe will have access to the case as well as your email, so maybe they can push it forward a bit, considering how long you've waited.
@BonusPater hi thanks for the support buddy!
I send my bank statement to unibet 2 weeks a go ,contacted them on live support 5 or 6 times...1 e-mail has been sent !
I do understand it take times to find out where is the $...i do not understand im still waiting since i have proof i didnt receive anything ! imo they should resolve this issue by themself for themself..i had nothing to do with that !!
just send me my roll i need it to play some poker in september
it seems that unibet employe have hard times reaching higher...i obv have to wait for somebody with an arm long enought to reach somebody that can make decision i guess!
@BonusPater thx tc m8
I understand the frustration that goes along with not receiving a withdrawal, but if a withdrawal gets stuck in the banking system, there's only so much we can do from our side, unfortunately stuck transactions happen from time to time and we try to be as helpful as possible when so.
Around the 16th of August, we sent you two documents via email with proof that we sent the withdrawal, these were for you to take to your bank so they could find the transactions in their system. Now, I have to ask if you went to the bank with these two documents? Because when I see the chat history with one of our agents, you skip the question when asked and also haven't mentioned anything about it in your post here.
So just to be very clear about this situation: you have to go to your bank with the two documents and have them find the stuck transaction, once we send from our side it's sent and not something we can retract.
I really hope you get your withdrawal soon as possible an please do let us know of any updates.
thanks you for your understanding...
soon as i receive the document unibet send me , i contacted my bank to investigate....it took them 8 to 10 days to find out that nothing has been receive in their system...then i re-contacted unibet ,to let them know !
i dont remember skiping the question,i reach them to inform them about it in the first place....maybe i got angry because...they keep repeating have you contacted your bank lol ? YES not only that my bank ' investigate' now 8 to 10 days later.....im here to tell you my bank couldnt find any transaction in their international system..
i got told the $ never reach the national bank of canada ....and the $ is most likely stuck' in between the swedish bank ' in a x bank /in another x country! they have nothing and because of that they can't do nothing about it
also i am sorry my english is basic i cannot describve the situation as i will in french!
thanks again @Jeppe-Unibet
@pittpitt Thanks for your response, before we investigate further I have to be sure that the files we sent you, was provided to the bank so they could try and trace the transaction? I understand that they haven't received it, if they had your money would be in your account, but the transaction is sent and by far most of the time it's for the bank to pull it in, so to speak.
So please, before we move any further, confirm whether or not the files were actually given to your bank of if you just let them know of your missing withdrawal and asked them to investigate from their, each time a customer support agent has asked this question, your answer has been "I've been in contact with my bank and they have not received anything", but never an actual confirmation that you passed along the files we sent you
that is not truth...everytime i spoke to an unibet agents i had to explain the whole situation step by step !!
each an everytime i spoke to an unibet agents ,i got to told them ....yes the found did not get received in ....of course if a correct follow on the case, the agent would know that i send a bank statement that comfirm that...but no they are not aware before i told them !! so i got to told them this fact everytime !
i get ask ( before we investigate further I have to be sure that the files we sent you, was provided to the bank so they could try and trace the transaction?) i respond yes each and everytime ......btw why i would even contact CS if i (haven't) did my part in this process? you guys just dont belive me loll ,i dont understand this attitude...
is't a transaction right? money institution to another money institution ? somehow i feel moral victory comes first ,which has nothing to do with that imo...
.(((((((((((((((((((((( before we investigate further I have to be sure that the files we sent you, was provided to the bank so they could try and trace the transaction? I understand that they haven't received it, if they had your money would be in your account, but the transaction is sent and by far most of the time it's for the bank to pull it in, so to speak )))))))))))))) yes i provided this documents to my bank ....like i said it took them 10 days to investigate....they have to investigate in their international departement for that matter....and no they couldnt find any trace of that money in their system !
i dont know what i could add up .... maybe contact my bank directly ,they are more direct then i ! 14506879980 ask for christine, thats the 1 in charge to contact international departement in the us...
Is your bank a bank in the USA (with departments in Canada)? @pittpitt
This can give a lot of problems because Unibet isn't allowed there. If this is the case I think it's indeed the best to contact the international headquarter of your bank.
