I reside in canada and using unibet iphone app for betting only.Whenever i leave my apartment where im using wi fi and go out ,where i used to place most of my bets,app stop working.It shows NO LIVE EVENTS AT THE MOMENT.Most of the time mobile version doesnt work as well.Is there any possible way to fix this issue somehow? other apps from other bookies they working properly.They way i see it ,by mistake system recognize my ip as US one and thats where problem begins.But again im not software specialist

Hi @ALEX1980, and welcome the Community.
I had a look at your account and there is no trace of an American IP which is a good thing.
Did you try deleting and re installing the app? How did the DNS setup recommended by @Zipfil go ?
Are you using 3G when you are trying to connect? Let me know a bit more in detail on how you are connecting, what
internet connection you use, model of phone and software and I'll be sure to sent it to the appropriate department to be looked at and maybe come up with a solution.\

I also forgot to mention that when you change DNS on IP4 + IP6 on a Laptop if needed it have 1 nice bonus on bouth Phones\Tabs\PC`s you can easy go on any gaming page no matter where you are in the world, no sensur block.

I use it in my country to get around some annoing P2P Popcorn thing lol

Also someone who realy wanna get around almost evrything use Opera Browser, have built inn VPN and Adblock from Opera, works nice Smile

It would be premature to say that this is tied to the app or to your Internet connection and in order to clarify this I would need a bit more info from you @ALEX1980 Could you send me a private message with the specs of the device as explained in my previous response above as well as a response to the other questions. As soon as I have them I can bring the info to the attention of the devs to check if there is anything on our side that we can do. Also, deleting and re installing the apps is recommended before everything else.
