I cannot place any bets right now and this problem comes and goes. It has been like this since The soccer World cup started and it seems that it will not disappeare. Sometimes I am told that I´m not logged in but I AM! Sometimes it just tells me that it is "connection error" but it is not! I cannot see my betting-history when this problem appeares.
I have tried both Firefox and Chrome and the I-phone-app:  Same Same Same
Please do something about this!  It is frustrating and it seems that the problem has been worse day by day since WC started if that can give someone a clue.

PLEASE HELP!

Hi @Camilio, I've contacted the devs, could you please take some screenshots of the issue on your PC by pressing F12? I will need to attach the screenshots as well together with an explanation that you already provided. Anybody else experiencing this issue by the way? Let us know here.

Hey @Camilio, thanks for the screenshots. Indeed it has been reported that there were some technical issues on the Sportsbook providers side which are now fixed. However the Live Stream error is unrelated to that I believe. It comes from another provider I'm afraid and it can happen that it's not available unfortunately.

Does the issue persist on your side now? Let me know and I'll re start the investigation processes.

@RayLYes the problem is still there. Today it started approx. 11.00 and goes on. Looks like my personal module with "placed bets" is not loading correctly..  It usually turn up at the arrowpoint. Before 11.00 today it went smooth but now it is impossible again to place any bets. If I wait it may turn up sometimes but it`s frustrating. Thank`s for your help!

@Camilio , you need to press F12 , while you are on Unibet webpage and an error happens , and when you press F12 , a page will open on the half right screen , with all the details and codes that Ray needs to send to the developers.

Or if you can't use F12 , just right click on your mous and select "inspect"

Funny enough @Camilio, the Sportsbook devs didn't find any iregularities in the system regarding your account and advised clearing cache data and also try using different network/ISP and observe if this will persist. Did you log in from a different network this time? Was there anything different in the way you signed in when the issue stopped?

@RayL  Very mysterious. I did not do anything unusual at all at the time. The only thing worth notice is that i got logged out for REAL :) I got a popup that was telling me that i was logged out because of not being active enough. When I logged in again everything worked and have done so all the time this far. Got my fingers crossed and hope that it will stay this way. Thank`s anyway for your help! I will shout for you if it appeares again.
