 Since Skrill/Neteller decided to stop supporting Unibet for polish residents (don't know why they did it, because players can deposit/cash out
to Poker Stars using Skriil/Neteller without a problem) the only available option to withdraw money is Bank transfer.

The problem is we can't use bank wire because we will likely end up in court for illegal gamblingVeryangry

Please give us some option!!

@Janek ,

Skrill/Neteller didn't decided to stop supporting Unibet. Due to legal context in Poland, Unibet had to remove Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard deposit options for all customers.

And my guess is that until things will be clear reguarding the sportbooks/casino/poker legislation in Poland will be clear,they will not wanna take a risk and add the e-wallet options.

By the way I somehow made a deposit from my mastercard (issued by Polish bank) two days ago (through PayR, I guess it's a new tool used when you make a deposit from your credit card) and I didn't receive it at my poker account, although the money were written off from the bank account. (It's written they are still locked)

What are my further actions? Thank's in advance

Don't think you are right. From different sources  in Poland i know that Skriil/Neteller decided to stop supporting Unibet due to legal context in Poland.

Here is a  quote from Jeppe-Unibet:

"We received a very(!) short notice, that due to legal context in Poland, we'll have to remove Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard deposit options for all customers before 9 AM this morning. We're allowed to have them open as withdrawal options until the 14th of this month, where they'll be removed as well."

@9HiLikeABoss When there's a faulty deposit(I've checked, from our side it looks like a unsuccesful one) you have two options:

1) To not do anything - the transaction will automatically go back to your card in 30 days.

2) You can send in a screenshot of your bank account transaction history showing the transaction in question, along with the email address of someone in your bank who we can contact to let them know that the deposit won't be completed from our side.

I realize option 2 is a bit of a hassle, but due to how the bank transaction system works, this is how we can confirm the money has been withdrawn from your account, as mentioned earlier it looks from our side like a rejected deposit attempt.

You could add sending money between the players in the software. That would solve this. Laugh

If not tomorrow probably few percent of Unibet money will be withdrawn, mine included (im curious how big is polish market for Unibet, im pretty sure its not insignificant).

@Jeppe-Unibet   @Marco-Unibet

Everywhere where i asked the deadline for withdraw for polish residents for Skrill was the 14th. It doesnt matter that all polish residents received email with 17.07 date. I asked yesterday on english/polish chat, and on the email. It was a 14th.

WHY ALL OF SUDDEN SKRILL WAS TAKEN AWAY TODAY ON 13.07???????

I didnt withdraw my account, so what now? Do you see this as a dead money for Unibet or what? I want to withdraw today on Skril. Please make that happen, because its really not fair.

I'll get back to you asap. The payments team promised to find a solution so you'll have the option to withdraw via Skrill later today. Apologies for the inconvenience!
