Can you please check my account? My money is gone, and I can't figure out what have happened. Is it a bonus that has expired? But then it should be seen in the history,

Indeed, the issue here is the Bonus expiring, it was accepted January 2nd and it had an expiry of 60 days based on the terms and conditions that I found attached to the bonus. It expired on the 3rd of this month. It should be in your accont history though as you mention, I was able to locate it:
Canceled Bonus.PNGUnder normal circumstances, there is nothing we can do I'm afraid in terms of compensation due to the terms mentioned above, however since this is a welcome bonus, I can offer to re instate the original amount that was credited when the first deposit was made as a one time goodwill gesture on our part Smile

@Chris75, when offering the above out of pure goodwill and understanding, an important factor slipped my attention and I apologize up front for that as it is not in my intention to mislead you in any way. Your country recently passed a law in which they made it impossible for us to add any bonuses to a player's account. I am unable to add the bonus promised above. With all the good intentions towards resolving this for you, I'm afraid I will not be able to help you out with this one. I'm sorry to say the least.

So you took all of my money? The conditions is outrageous since I benen betting a lot these months and more than tripeled my deposit and you took it all?! 

Well, I was a fool to let you screw me once. But I'm not that big of a fool to let you screw me twice.

I will close my account and make sure to tell everybody about this...

I get that you are pissed off @Chris75, but let's keep a couple of things in mind here.
The Bonus clearly states that it expires in 60 days and any balance that is not wagered is lost, these terms were accepted and pretty clear in that regard. It's not like we use it for something else either, the Bonus money simply expires.
I'm sorry you feel this way and I truly wanted to help you out initially by re adding the Bonus money that was offered with the deposit, but due to regulation of your country I have my hands tied. I didn't want to give you false hope, that's entirely my bad and I apologize for it.
The initial amount that you deposited is always used first when wagering a deposit bonus and the amount was played and lost long before the Bonus expired, it was lost 19th of January to be more exact, what remained is the Bonus amount that you received, and there wouldn't have been any issue if the wagering is completed within the 2 months time frame that is provided. This is a regular practice in the industry, to set an expiry date on a Bonus, it's just how things work.

We had a look and I am unable to find anything that is out of order in your account history. usually we see a reversed transaction or something along those lines but none of that is visible in you play history.
