I deposited with trustly, it said that the days max deposit amount has been made, and that if i continue the money will come to the account next day but here i am without my 300 euro. Please help me, 300 euro is not a small amount of money

Contact live support, live chat. They will help, if not there are also support to get here in the community. Jeppe or Ray will surely help you, dont know if they are still logged on though. Dont know there scheduele 🙂. Try live chat first. Or @Ray-Unibet will help you here.

@AkseliP, Welcome to the Community Smile There must have been an error in Trustly's systems because in our database I can't observe anything wrong. Actually I see your deposit came through today at 12:03 PM. Are you stil missing the amount of 300? Let us know and we can advise you accordingly.

Im still missing the 300, it shows in my bank account that the 300 has been taken but in my history of deposits its not shown. When i deposited, it said the daily deposit limit is full, and if i deposit now it will come in the next bussinessday, but nope. The deposit that came in earliest today is a different deposit, today i deposited again, so a different deposit.

Ok, @AkseliP, here's what we can do. I would like to ask you to send us a copy of your Bank statement showing the deposit that is missing. A PDF statement downloaded from your netbanking app should be enough for our Payments department to start an investigation regarding your funds.
You can send that to contact@unibetcommunity.com and I'll pick it up from there.
Please tag me here in this thread with @ confirming that you have sent it and I will start the process on my end.
