I became Unibet customer during this summer World Cup 2018 Russia soccer mania but did not get any luck on Welcome Bonus! I registered through the suomifutis.com -Finnish-based football -news site and there was a promotion offer if the Spain wins the first match against with Portugal, New Customer gets odds in 50! Well, Unibet is still my friend.

After introduction, England is struglling with Croatia Tonight for the final game, but I'm still warming myselft up and playing some other bonus out for the widthdrawal.

I laied bet back on some Australian league football match for the "under 5.5 goals" for good odds, and when there's is played 70:00 and over, game has been interrupted. I didin't cash out my slip, and I was waitihing for the final result to get my winnings. What are the Unibet rules for this kind of situations? Can anyone help me, can I get my "Cash out" -amount back, or only the original bet? Or nothing? It was at the "Live" -betting section.

Hello @Finraise and welcome to the community,

If the match was interrupted , in most cases all bets will be voided , unless an offical decision is made within 36 hours to when the match will resume.

And the "cash-out" option , will proabaly not be available anymore if the match will not resume. If it does, then the option will be again available ( but not guaranteed ) when the match resumes.

From the T&C of Unibet :

"In case of an abandoned event, all bet offers that have been decided prior to the abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, will be settled according to the decided outcome. All remaining bet offers will only be settled if an official result is announced within 36 hours and will otherwise be considered void"

" In case an event is abandoned and is scheduled to restart from the beginning within 36 hours of the original date, all bets placed before the initial match which could not be settled through the outcomes deriving from the play prior to abandonment, will be declared void.''

''In cases of events which have not been completed before their natural conclusion, and a result is issued through a decision by the association not more than 36 hours from the event’s start, Unibet will use the issued decision as the official result for the following bet offers: Match, Draw No Bet and Double Chance. Notwithstanding that, the issued decision does not change the outcome of the said bet offers at the time of the abandonment. In that case the stakes will be refunded. All other offers will be declared void except for those the outcomes of which have been decided prior to the abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, which will be settled according to the decided outcome. 9) All bet offers related to uncompleted matches/events where the official governing body is not previously acknowledged (e.g. Club Friendlies) will be declared as void unless at least 90% of the stipulated Regular/Full time is played,

Should the match/event be abandoned after 90% has been completed, the settlement will be based on the current score at the time when the match/event was stopped."

Thanks for fast answering!

I prepare myself for the void bet. My main goal is at this evening World Cup Match, Tomorrows Europe League Qualifcations, and of course Next Saturday. My facourite home town team FC -Inter from Turku is slight favour down there, but I still lay my bet back on SJK because they got couple of good last games and the motivation is growing still.
