There are still 4 more hours before the game starts,so you might get a chance to cancel your bet.But is it a single bet slip? Because if it is so,you may use the "cash-out" option and take your money back, with a very small lose.
Or try to contact live support.Sometimes it's possible and sometimes it isn't, depending on the circumstances. In order to get the best chances of having your bet cancelled, you should contact customer support soon as possible. However,It's done purely as a good-will gesture, as Unibet's T&C clearly state that a bet can't be cancelled once accepted:
The "cash-out" options should most likely be available when the match starts or close to the starting match. It depends of so many things. But if you can't get it cancelled before it starts,i suggest that you follow the match right when it's kick off time and maybe get a chance to cash-out.
But hopefully you will be able to fix the issue before
Welcome to the community, @Sakymbo, and thanks for posting your question here
@AndreiBN helped you out with the questions very nicely - I'll just confirm what he wrote earlier today.
If you place a bet with a higher stake than you intended, you can contact customer support on live chat and ask if you bet can get cancelled. Please note that you'll need to contact live support shortly after (within 30 minutes or so) the bet is placed in order to have a realistic chance of getting the bet cancelled. We're not always able to cancel a bet, as it depends on things like odds change, start time of the event, etc.
@BonusPater, @Jeppe-Unibet and I are happy to ask the sportsbook department if we can cancel a bet, but we might not see your request in time, so I'll advise you to contact live support when needed.
Regarding the cash-out function, you're usually able to cash out if we're offering the same bet type on live betting - keep in mind that in some occasions, you won't be able to use this function, even though the bet type was offered both on pre-match and live. There's no guarantee for cash-out but if you see the live icon when betting pre-match, there's a good chance that you can cash out, once the match starts.
