We can send the issue to the game provider for further checks, based on a screenshot of the issue and an estimate date and time from when the game stopped working for you. Awaiting your answer.
Hi, exactly the same issue with me as the opening post. It's been 2 days since I bought a bonus(money was taken) and the game is still psused. Deleted cookies etc but still not working. Went on live chat but they were no help. Thanks
