Hi there I've deposited £100 pounds in my account and have a matched bonus of £100 pounds. When I'm trying to place gets on the world cup it won't let me saying I have insufficient funds when I can clearly see the £100 pounds in my account and the £100 bonus. Can you please advise on what we need to do rectify this so I can place my best? Thanks Jared

@Jared1234

I don´t know if Unibet even has bonus that you must only wager in casino only but could it be something like that? Did you read t&c of the bonus? Go to your account and active bonuses and see what it says in there Smile

Or it could just be some error with it and in that case @Jeppe-Unibet or @Ray-Unibet can probably fix it for you.

Welcome to the the Unibet Community @Jared1234 Smile I checked your account and the bonus, as far as I can tell the intention is that it should be possible as it's a welcome bonus both for Sportsbook and Casino. Which bet is it you're trying to place?

@Jared1234, if the bonus has a 30 days expiration date, you can't bet on outright bets for the world cup - the bet has to be settled before the bonus expires. Only explanation I can think of Smile

It was a complete waste of time buddy. I've been on web chat with a guy called jack. Basically apparently when you place money in the account you opt in for a bonus (tbh I didn't want it) just thought it was an automatic thing like most sites thanks for being a customer, here's a matched deposit. Apparently though I'm not allowed to use it on any bets that end after the 23rd of July. Apparently I opted in last week. I didn't. I simply put 100 quid in my account. I'm now not allowed to wager any money on any event. The rule is apparently that any bet placed is not allowed as there one month period for betting is one month. Not only can I not bet my own hard earned cash, as it keeps saying there's no funds (which there are) I can't use the bonus. Best he could do was remove my bonus and leave me with my £100 to bet on outright world cup winners. The whole point was too put bets on outright that's why I deposited the money and did not opt in to anything must be an automatic thing.essentially now I'm left with the option of betting on matches before the 24th ie England's first game. I also can't withdraw my money as it needs to be wagered in order to activate the bonus. Total load of rubbish will definitely not be using this site again. If I place money in my account il ike to bet on what I want, don't expect for my money to be unavailable for an opt in that I was never shown! It was automatic! Complete waste of time. Sorry mate.

Exactly mate seems to be the case I could understand if it was just the bonus but the sneaky burgers won't even let me wager my original £100 on outside bets unless I waive the free £100 quid. Lesson learnt buddy will not use this site again.

That i didn´t know that can´t bet on things that are settled in 30 days, it actually sucks.

But t&c clearly says that you have to wager that bonus before it is real money. And before that all of your funds are locked to bonus. That is just how it works almost every site.

But go to the chat again and tell him to cancel the bonus and transfer it to my account. I´m willing to take it for sure Very Happy

@Jared1234, you can get customer support to cancel the bonus for you, so that you can request a withdrawal or bet on the outright offer Smile
Sucks indeed, but I think it's like this on all sites - I've tried the same with two others.
