So ive been a costumer here for a couple of years now. I think its called lojalty buy now, any how. My concern is the way Unibet acts on its costumers in  general, what i mean is the amount you use on betting/poker/casino towards what Unibet gives you back.

Obviously the more money you spend the more the give you back?? Nah.. lets say you use 10000k what would you expect in return? I know Unibet has a HeartHeartsHeartty policy here.

I contacted support regarding this question and the reply was quick and cheeky. That kind of quick so you know it was a copypaste and cheeky in that kind of way you talk to a kid.

- They more you log in or make an deposit they bigger are the chances that the Unibet crew notices you. And if we here at the green firm notice you its a big chance you would get ticket to charlies choccolate factory. ( said with a kind of phonesales man voice )

Anyone else been thru the same ignorance? Really makes you feel appreciated, dosent it?

I actually had the same experience few days back. I didn't ask for a bonus, but they said I would get one for the loss I had (by accident). And when I ask now, they say I'm not eligible.

But apart from that... Unibet does its job pretty good.

I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

Had a look at the contact history. The only time you've been in contact with us this year was two days ago (sorry if there's a chat or email I've missed). You were in touch with my colleague, Tom, who didn't necessarily provide a bad service in my opinion - you asked about how the bonus system works and he replied with as much info as he could. Here's the translation of what he wrote:
Our dedicated bonus team will follow up on your activity regularly. The more you visit us, the bigger is the chance of getting noticed. Our representatives consider things like deposits and activity when calculating the bonus. Playing different products on Unibet will also be seen as an advantage.

We're not afraid of admitting a mistake when we receive a complaint here on the community but tbh. I don't see what's wrong with the agent's reply, except for the "getting noticed" phrase which could've been explained in another way. Although most support agents use templates to respond quickly whenever it makes sense to do so, it shouldn't feel like you're chatting with a robot, certainly not a negative one - I just don't think it's the case with this chat.

The only thing I would've done differently is checking if there actually was an available bonus - because luckily there is/was Happy Saw that you just were in touch with my other colleague who sorted out the bonus for you. Even though your question in the first chat regarding the bonus mechanics was leaning a bit towards a bonus request, you didn't ask the agent directly so can't really give him a hard time on that detail.

If you're unhappy with the bonuses you're getting, that's another story. It doesn't hurt to ask so please don't hesitate to contact us in the future, even if we end up declining your request once in a while Smile
