This happens nowadays when you buy tickets, exit bingo and return when game has started. Earlier when you returned it moved you to game you had ticket. Don´t know if this happen only free bingo???
First of all, thank you for reporting this.
This is indeed a strange one... Which means I have to ask you a lot of questions.
Does it happen in any specific room, and if so, which one?
Has it happened with other games? How many times have you experienced it?
And the process, just to be clear:
1. You buy the tickets.
2. You leave the room or the bingo client?
3. You click on the room to open it, and get the error.
Could you please provide us with your OS version, as well as your browser and version, please?
If you don't know how to find them, just let me know which OS and browser you're using, and I'll send you some instructions.

Win 7 and using explorer. With chrome i can´t access bingo at all, maybe because some settings of the browser that i can´t get to because using public computer and don´t have admin rights. First time this happened was yesterday or day before that, before worked just fine with this same computer.
I have only tried free bingo but feel free to throw me some vouchers and i´ll test other rooms too
I've gotten this error too. it's not really a problem.
Also All star free bingo. When I leave the whole bingo section and get back into bingo lobby before it starts.
With Chrome. Going to test it again in 13 minutes.
It happens to me only when I close the bingo client ( not just closing the room). As I re-enter the bingo page the error message pops-out instead of opening rooms with tickets.
All the rooms are affected, I think and The Podium just freeze sometimes lately as well.
