@livertool, maybe your winnings from Terminator are making it harder for you to get any free bonus. Smile
I guess you withdraw some of it and haven't made a deposit since then.

From what an CS agent told me when i've asked for a bonus as well,cause i haven't got any since i'm a customer,he said that if you make a withdraw ( regardless of the amount) the "bonus" counter resets and starts from zero...

Yes i withdraw then but that money has been dead and gone for long i have made deposits since then too.

Sometimes i feel like i am in a blackhole, i win; no good, i lose; even worse 😀

I think it would more fair if costumers could have some bonuses in terms of how much you play and be loyal to the company rather than do you win or lose.
