Maybe the CS agent was thinking of CSGO Very Happy , there is a need for more CS that knows their stuff about poker, idk, maybe someone like @ReCorpH would do nicely Smile

To be fair this was probably an isolated case, I've had pretty good experiences with CS recently, particularly the late night support Heart

Someone is getting sacked in the morning!

Seriously, I played a fair bit of cash on unibet and never encountered anything bot like. Also the software is very quick to close tables down when they become super short handed which really contradicts what the customer support worker says.

I agree @ReCorpH would do nicely, only problem I see is he/she may need 2 wages as sometimes hes a boy and sometimes a girl, so both his personas may want a wage Rofl

Duckphobia is real and KK is cursed, If you know these 2 things you will do well on Unibet poker.

Are there bots in the casino games? I'm sure I've heard that some sites use "fake players" to make it look like the roulette and blackjack games are popular.

It would be pretty awesome if Megatron and Optimus Prime were playing HU to decide the future of Cybertron.

I am just a human, the same way a Great White Shark is just a fish.

@ArtyMcFly I guarantee you that's not the case, there are plenty of active players and we wouldn't risk our integrity for something like this Smile I actually hadn't heard a theory on this before, only for poker and to generate a profit, but interesting thought nonetheless.

Well I must admit the thread that I initially thought was a troll turned into a comedy, exactly at the point the customer agent confirmed bots on the site. Obviously an error on the customer service agent's part, but quite funny none the less.

In defence of the support agents there are some good ones, I talked to one called Samuel at 4am this morning, who was very helpful, and knowledgeable about poker. Thumbs Up

under 5% is 20 million a year

5% is 5% there's no conceivable universe where it would make business sense to risk inappropriately inflating profits on 20million, at the risk of jeopardising the remaining 160million. (assuming your figures are correct and 5% is 20million).

That screenshot is incredible to say the least...

HOWEVER!

Never, ever encountered anything bot like in my experience and have consistently turned a profit from day one.  Even if they have bots they aren't winning Very Happy  If you guys have bots please employ more of them!
