How did you come to this conclusion? Proof?

I debate
Should I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is great
Or should I let the world see the real me and not hide this pain
I tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can't
I'ma probably die this way

, had a look at the chat and I can see that the customer service agent is completely wrong about confirming bots on our site. Just to make it clear, we do not have our own bots at the tables.

I'll evaluate with the agent tomorrow - it's not cool to answer a  question without looking into it properly.

Thanks for sharing your story and apologies for this experience.

Uhh, its tough that a member from Unibet confirms thing like this. :wow: Use common sense...

Eventually i had some issues with the live support on other site, i felt she was speaking at least with five others at same time, she asked back twice, about every 3-4 minutes that what i want. Maybe this confirmation thing is also a mistake what coming from this rushed situation. Who knows?...

not the chat person who is to blame imo.and funny you never  asked me why i asked the question i asked in 1st place .after more of the same ridiculous beats on your cash tables tonight i will not be enjoying your cash tables experience again . if you posted my hand histories from tonight all in equity v results vplayer type, there play makes no sense so now obvs i cant play cash on unibet again as how cani trust that statement and the run bad v certain players i have encountered .i will post  hand v vandalay11 my aq v kt ,that hand is bizarre as if it new what river was coming,he or it was supertite ,would make anyone stop playing online tbh .that includes me who has 10 years playing casinos and online with success . I will continue on unibet but no way will that include cash tables ,thanks

I've had ok experiences with support.  (one very good on my first cashout) but to read that an agent can make this kind of error is a little disturbing.  OP please consider taht this agent is inexperienced and spoke out of turn.  I haven't seen any evidence that Unibet has any bots and Andrew (the site rep) has pointed out that with Unibet being a publicly traded company that has multiple licenses it wouldn't make any sense for them to jeapordize that for a tiny profit in Poker.  Poker comprises of under 5% of their total profits so try to use the logic that it isn't worth it for Unibet to take this risk considering all it would take is 1 whistleblower to ruin everything for the company.

Firstly, as Marco said, we categorically do not run bots on the site. It is extremely unfortunate and frustrating that a customer service agent has said that, but it can only be down to ignorance of poker (most of our customer support are more knowledgeable in sportsbook and casino and not so much poker, unfortunately). The agent may have the misconception that all poker sites run bots, because she certainly hasn't been instructed that by anyone at the company! It wouldn't surprise me if some sites do engage in that practise, but if they do then their customer support agents certainly aren't in the know.

Maybe the CS agent was thinking of CSGO :D , there is a need for more CS that knows their stuff about poker, idk, maybe someone like  would do nicely :)

To be fair this was probably an isolated case, I've had pretty good experiences with CS recently, particularly the late night support <3

Someone is getting sacked in the morning!

Seriously, I played a fair bit of cash on unibet and never encountered anything bot like. Also the software is very quick to close tables down when they become super short handed which really contradicts what the customer support worker says.

I agree @ReCorpH would do nicely, only problem I see is he/she may need 2 wages as sometimes hes a boy and sometimes a girl, so both his personas may want a wage 🤣

You can exchange UO tickets again all is unicorns and rainbows in Unibet land.
