Thanks for the intervention @wwaanneess, and hello to all the new guys Smile
As our member mentions, there was indeed an error reported yesterday early evening affecting the loggin onto the site. The issue lasted somewhere around an hour until our developers jumped on it and fixed this annoying bug. Apologies for the inconveniences guys, the issue seems to have been resolved and everything is back to normal, please let us know if you are still having any kind of difficulties with the site.

Unable to identify your location screen.

I was playing 6 x 1euro SNG, 2 x 2euros SNG and the two bounty tournament from the promotion 0.25 and 2 euro ones I beleve.

EDIT: it seems it was a problem on my end. I reseted my internet conection and I could log in again. Sadly I lost most of my SNGs xDD. My bad.

Hi,
In the past two days I had a message "Unable to identify your location", so I couldn't login and I lost my €5 UK Tour Ticket, because it expired meanwhile.
Can I have it back? The client is working well now.
