We'll be sure to let them know that the communication should happen a bit faster preferably as we don't house these details internally unfortunately. I have been playing poker with unibet for years and feel let down totally . Do you have an address so I can take this further. . Patric-Unibet Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Hi all,first of all apologies if the info provided was confusing.It is actually quite simple: all you have to do is show up in the casino with your ID, the names of the qualifiers should be on a list and they get their qualfied amount of chips, in your case 100 GBP.It's a cash game festival so it's not like a tournament series where it starts and ends at a specific day and time, this runs for a time period and it doesn't matter if you show up in the morning or in the evening.David is talking to one of the organizers right now to make sure that everything runs smoothly in London and also to find a better way to contact the organizers of the event since as Ray said, we sponsor the event but don't organize it ourselves.If you have any questions, please let me know, I will try to follow this thread and escalate it directly if needed.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
