Hello! 1077 people have already registered for the tournament, and to me, when registering, it writes this 

The ticket came to the previous tournament and I played it.

Thank all for any help!

I had the same problem last time, but then at some point.. few hours before game.. ticket got credited.

HEy @MoshimoroV and @Leatherman it's because they didn't participate last time, so they used their previous ticket already Smile

Same problem here. I am waiting for the ticket, and I get it almost when the tournament starts. Sometimes I cannot even enter.

It does state in the tournament information that tickets will be issued to people at 6.30pm  Smile

I can't stress this enough. But if people don't bother to read what information we put up onsite or here in the Community, it makes life hard for everybody including the ones that come with ticket requests. Never in the history in this Advent Calendar 2018 and in the history of the Community Freerolls did you ever had to request a ticket since at least February this year since I had the privilege to work here. And I do mean never. We select a bunch of players, or all of our members and credit them the tickets. Again, there is no need to request a ticket, they will be added tonight at 19:00 CET. We would rather you invest your energy in joining a discussion, and just to wrap this up, we do state in our Community Guidelines that spamming is subject to be deleted and eventually banned. So please, read!
