I had the same problem last time, but then at some point.. few hours before game.. ticket got credited.
Same problem here. I am waiting for the ticket, and I get it almost when the tournament starts. Sometimes I cannot even enter.

I can't stress this enough. But if people don't bother to read what information we put up onsite or here in the Community, it makes life hard for everybody including the ones that come with ticket requests. Never in the history in this Advent Calendar 2018 and in the history of the Community Freerolls did you ever had to request a ticket since at least February this year since I had the privilege to work here. And I do mean never. We select a bunch of players, or all of our members and credit them the tickets. Again, there is no need to request a ticket, they will be added tonight at 19:00 CET. We would rather you invest your energy in joining a discussion, and just to wrap this up, we do state in our Community Guidelines that spamming is subject to be deleted and eventually banned. So please, read!
