@psrquack I think these freerolls are better to forget and not litter your head with problems in them, especially if they did not take place. Employees have more important things on their minds now🆒

I would do so, but till Unibet doesn't have licence in my country I don't want to risk any bigger sum keeping on my account after the Black Friday. So I will play those freerolls until them.

Understandable, it is true Unibet has many flaws but being here for over a decade i can say integrity isn't one of them and they always make it right. 😉

I think this is not a problem if you have a safe deposit and withdrawal option:happy:

@psrquack  you know that Unibet finally solves everything in favor of the player. I have heard that other sites have the same problems and the refund process is taking much longer...

Well, I thought too, but remember what happened to Full Tilt. Some years ago government blocked all the access to the gambling providers homepages via internet providers and gambling firms created a new ways like gamblingfirm1, gamblingfirm2 to keep their service working. Fortunately there is a process what will decide if closing the market was contrary to EU freedoms or not and  currently the homepage block doesn't work, but everything is possible.

You know Pinki, if you have got bitten by a fire then you keep the distance even it's a kilometer away.

@psrquack and for me it is enough - for us many pages do it right now.  - stars, pp and typical casinos.

ps. I  had cases when sites were closing their access and always giving time to withdraw funds - a little trust nobody will rob you:Happy:

"It has something to do with language option, after first unsuccessful login attempt it reloads and then there shows a flag (it auto-selects my country) and then successfully logs in. "

Yeah. If I chooce the language by myself then it quicly refreshes and I can log in with first attempt.

Charged twice for chip 20,000 chip add on in recent tournament. Contacted chat in mid tournament as the 40,000 chips were not added to my stack. Unable to defend blinds while trying to resolve this. Chat did eventually reimburse the uncredited add on funds. Close to cash payout, so despite no add on, still had a fighting chance to min cash. That was until trying to return to my game which then crashed. Tried several times to log back in but unsuccessfully. Eventually had to uninstall the Unibet poker client and reinstall it again. By the time I managed to join the game again, that fighting chance of a min cash had all but vanished. Of late it seems no matter which games i play in the poker client and especially in the casino on slots. I cannot book a min cash or even trigger a slot bonus. That i can handle as a 20+ year online player. Those losses are to be expected. But after a month of losing on Unibet the moment it looks like I would at least min cash a small tournament, a technical issue happens totally destroying that silver lining. Has unibet got a vendetta attached to my account currently. Live chat couldn't help and told me to contact the community.

This isn't the first issue I've had like this when playing in the poker client. But I put it down to just one of those things that happens now and again. But more than 3 times now am issue exactly like this has cost me money on the poker tables. Had enough now.

Have attached screenshot i took when experiencing the first problem. For the tournament id ref. number.1880833875_Screenshot_20200421-214757_UnibetPoker.thumb.jpg.c8b5e0b60902056b8cbda32d3a6b1f4d.jpg
