Hi guys @Stubbe-Unibet @RayL @JeppeL ,
I've qualified a couple of weeks ago for the UBPC 2019 and I thought I would receive a mail with some more info about everything... But still haven't received anything? The ticket in my lobby is also away because of the time.. is that a problem?

Yeah same here. Got an e-mail last year from the Belgian sales manager pretty late.
Getting close to the event now though

as far as I know on-site messages are being sent but I will double check with the person sending out the communication.
I also asked to re-sent the congratulation/confirmation message for both of you.
The expired ticket is not a problem, it's just a placeholder ticket, you are on the registation list.
