Hi, I made a request but didnt get an email. How do I check I'm set up correctly / making a correct request? My correct email address is held in my settings.

There's a bunch of us in a Discord channel who play Unibet poker (along with other sites) and have started a leaderboard so I'd like to add our Unibet winnings and losses :teardrop: to the stats.

Each of us would make an individual request, obvs for data 🆒

I'd recommend emailing customer support, I did that today and received the results in abou 2-3 hours.

Hi all,

This thread will be locked from now on.

Anyone that has made a request (since the last time I said it was up to date) will have their requested results sent out this week.

Going forward, please submit your results request via Customer Support/Live chat

If you did not receive results it will either be because you account has been closed/suspended, it was sorted by CS or in another thread or there was no data to send.

 

If you have any issues with getting results from an agent going forward, please contact me via PM so I can get some more information.
