psrquack
I like the idea guys, but why should a high roller chose this tourney with €200 buyin and 5k expected pool instead of €100 buyin and 20K pp?The gap is too high i think.

If you have a high roller player who don't play your highest tournament then there isn't any tourney to play, because other buyins are significant lower, that means you have a player who don't rake or that player doesn't fit the high roller definition, because €50 tourney and lower players aren't high rollers.I can imagine this tourney's idea come from gg networks Blade series (high buyin, fast and limited players), but if one event in a week doesn't seems a competitor. Stubbe-Unibet
@psrquack, with your logic we should never try to widen the offering and we'd never have exceeded € 25 in buyin :) We're already offering a € 100 buyin 20k GTD tournament, and the next logical step buyin wise would be € 150 or € 200. We can't start out with a 20k GTD in a brand new € 200 buyin tournament - we don't have an unlimited overlay budget :) Furthermore I don't get the either or logic you're trying to apply here. Again, we have to slowly improve and build on the offering; it's simply the only way with a limited budget, and it's working :) Check the latest poker release notes. psrquack
@Stubbe-Unibet: I understand you are feeling like being offended, but don't worry, shadows aren't dangerious. To get a clear picture I have to ask a question: do you know/follow the results of the Blade Series?Secondly: poker players are trying to find the best offers. I hope you won't debate this. If we accept poker players act so, then my question is valid. Why should a player choose a tournament with higher buyin and lower prizepool? According to Leo the lower field could be the answer. The next step is do you have players who want to play the Supernova, but due to the massive field they don't do this, but they have the required bankroll for the double so expensive tourney? My point of view you don't have them. Maybe they could redirect gamblers from betting/casino, but they won't stay as long as necessary to rev up the tourney. The next question in my mind was How could they seduce players for this tourney? The answer was they want to make a similar tourney like Blade (high buyin, reduced number of players, faster ending). That's all, and your opinion about the real target group of this tourney is more than welcome.

I hope you're wrong in your assumptions
Stubbe-Unibet
@psrquack, you're such a troll 🤣I'm not offended at all - I would love to spend my time better though, as I've got other stuff to do :)Your question isn't automatically "valid" because you set up some irrelevant hypothesis. You're making a whole lot of weird assumptions here; wrong assumptions which invalidate your question and "point" completely.Again, it's not an either or, which for whatever reason you continue to assume. Target group. There're several segments which could be playing this tournament. We've got a fair share of players solely playing the highest buyin tournaments - players playing on a lot of different sites - and the Bigbang should be a welcome addition to at least part of this segment. We've got lower buyin players taking shots at the qualifier. Some casino and betting highrollers might find this tournament interesting. We might have new players joining; players currently playing only €100+ MTT's - especially if there'll be an overlay, which is not unlikely the first few times. Why should a player choose a tournament with higher buyin and lower prizepool? Do you think field size is the main factor for someone playing € 200 MTT's, when determining whether or not to play an MTT? This is not a freeroll; where the value is determined by the # of entries :) 2 Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions. psrquack
@Stubbe-Unibet: I always appreciate the answer more if it contains "I would love to spend my time better though" but you respect the other part to give a proper answer underestimating with real arguments. My original hypotesis was poker players looking for best deals/promotions. So sad you find it irrelevant and didn't shed some light on it why.You also wrote:. "You're making a whole lot of weird assumptions here; wrong assumptions which invalidate your question and "point" completely." I was ready to reevaluate my hypotesis but unfortunately your comment didn't contain which assumption is weird, why did you find it weird, what assumption found you wrong, why did you find it wrong. It's hard to recognize others point of view and colluding something. To your last question: no, field size was a comment from Leo Unibet to my question why should someone choose this tourney because Supernova has lower buyin and higher guarantee.@Leo-Unibet: I appreciate your answer and your work making Unibet a place in where every poker player from zero to hero could find the tourney. I wish players would love this tourney.
