Saywhatwhat Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 not only with poker at same time the bingo wasnt working . i dont want to make a connection but its now the second time in a month that i have probl in the casino slots everytime i was in a bonus round and getting money the server gets in error .... first time i did get my money but now i m waiting for that second probl. there are so many issues on the whole unibet site . they will say undercommand but i cant believe that ....... its the only site for belgian players who can do poker , bingo and slots ...... so it would be sad if the issues keeps coming without a warning ... if there are updates they should warn us at time .... It's ddos attacks targeted a wide range of providers (stars, party etc. have had similar issues recently) 1 Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions. Baxeesh Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 I have been playing poker through Unibet for a few weeks and it has been enjoyable up until the major issues on Wednesday. We did a prviate table and some players have still not been refunded at least the buy-in stake. There are 20+ plus of us that have signed up to play the prviate poker table service and in doing so have taken advantage on playing other services (casino, bingo, poker cash games) We have another set up tonight and my concern is if we have another situation like Wednesday where by we lose connection for over an hour with some, not all, players coming back into play with 95%+ plus chips eat by blinds, then they will just search for alternative sites (which we personally dont want to happen as the game play has good on here). Can you shed any light on the provisions in place to ensure us all that it wont happen again when we play tonight? As one of the players involved in our private tourney tonight has played Bingo today and has lost connection (crashed) 3 times in space of an hour. Some clarity and honest assesment would really be appreciated as we'd rather not play tonight and re arrange for a future date when there is full confidence this wont happen again. We're working on pausing all tournaments and if issue persists we'll eventually cancel them. 2 Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions. Also Id like to see how refunds will be handled from 2 days back, would make me feel a lot saver in regards to this happening for the 3rd time in 3 days :(I still like Unibet a lot and hope u will be able to get this sorted out in time for your series.
