Great work on 3.0 @Stubbe-Unibet and not difficult to see why Unibet is making some great shakes in the online Poker world.

I've looked and looked but cannot see where the "flops seen" option is within your profile when playing private tournaments as we do 3 or 4 times a week.

Its a great idea and one some of your inferior rivals use so Im glad youve introduced it.

Thanks @GR1ZZL3R

It is OK when you know it, but something so closely related to gameplay cannot be hidden like that. Escpecially behind an X that universally means leaving indeed. People are hesitant to press because they think it will close the table in an instant.

I agree with this. It is universal visual computer language and expected behaviour. X should not be a menu. There is now extra step added.

It has been probably discussed in this thread, but why the 9 max layout has been changed? All the players and numbers should be on a smooth circular path, so you can take a look just by rolling your view in one smooth movement. Now there are two different arrangements and also two different infoboxes. The previous layout was able to accomodate all the info in good order even in full table.

The two players in your armpits produce some erroneus situations. E.G. There is a player at your left armpit and one right above you. The lefty folds and the upper one bets. When moving my view to this table it is noticable slower to figure out the action - at least for me. There are three grey squares in this lower left corner, which all are out of the grid and randomically placed. It whacks of the learned routine and makes it harder to use your peripheral vision.

The redundant tournament name looks a bit like the resume timer when viewed with peripheral vision.

This will be even more interesting in bounties. The lefty has his bounty hidden by the infobox. You have to switch it on and off everytime a new player sits in your left armpit. So, you learned by now that you have to deviate your view from it's normal route and look slightly below after you own position. But what do you see there? It's your own bounty fallen from your head! Interesting design decision.

The old table layout was good. New one is several steps backwards. Now there are several routines one has to unlearn. It seems to me to be harder for newcomers also. Buttons are all over the place and different looking. All the extra buttons could be in one place in a neat row with similar visual language.

Casino buttons should be removable from the settings. They are liable to misclicking.

Rebuy button is grey on grey. Hard for new players to figure out when it pops on. Might make a couple angry customers. It is also liable to misclicking as it is close to the action buttons.

Removing the previous action shown button and making the whole name plaque clickable is another annoying misclicking trap. Misclickings happen when you return from a short businness trip and there are multiple tables blinking. I'd prefer minimum clickable table area.

When viewing lobby for a single tournament the big tournament word changes mouse cursor to hand but is not functioning. I would expect it to return to the main tournament listing.

When the dealer button is on my lefty, it is covered by his cards. When the blinds move forward, the dealer button goes to hide behind his cards. When the blinds move again, the button moves straight upwards as if skipping one player. Produces more interesting situations.

Sorry for possible incoherence. I wrote this while playing.

@EatMoreNaga, thanks for the detailed feedback :)

Table UI had to be changed, as it's the same on web and app desktop. On web desktop we now have the hand widget in the left side. Also why the tournament name is there.

Once we've solved all actual issues, we will discuss potential long-term changes to table UI :)

These crashes are still ongoing in every single MTT I play. Everything is fine until I go from table play to the tourney lobby (not a specific tourney, just all the tourneys I chose to play, seems endemic). I then return to the table from the tourney lobby and every time, within 20 seconds I'm booted out the client and have to log in again. I've played for an hour tonight and have had to log back in every single time after viewing the tourney lobby, (about 8 times)  in this most recent case uk tour €1R to €10 ticket. Such a distinct pattern I'm reluctant to leave the table and view the all important lobby, but clearly I need to gauge progress and have a full overview throughout later stages of the tourney. I know this can be done directly from the table option on the bottom left but there have been many times since the updated client that the second from bottom next prize payout has been blank, anyway I prefer to view chip stacks and increment payouts in actual lobby but have found myself unable to do so, to my detriment. When I do view lobby, the projection column is also blank. It feels like playing blind, whether from the table or lobby.

I have tickets for Uk Tour €250 buy in tomorrow but frankly if I have to play blind and re login every time after viewing stats and progress from tourney lobby,  I'm reluctant to do so. None of the aforementioned problems have ever been issues before on previous client. As good looking and "ergonomic" as the new update is, I prefer the previous as it was fully functioning.

@OliD, as mentioned earlier in the thread, there's a significant delay in pushing updates on iOS, due to the approval process. I'd advise you to use the browser client for now, if you're having that many issues on the iPad app.

@OliD I sent you some bonus points for a bit of testing (of the app). Please check if the crashes are happening, if you're checking lobbies which do NOT have infinite rebuys. There's a known crash issue with the infinity symbol, so want to make sure this is it in your case as well.

I just took a look at my tickets...previously I could "drop down" and see the expiry date on all my tickets of the same type...now I can only see the expiry date of the one next to expire...this will make ticket management a bit more difficult.

Hi, thanks for the BPs, much obliged

Sadly, I first accidentally bought a €2 Hexpro ticket by from the bonus shop, I would have liked a MTT but there we go, wrong tab on the new format, hrmph!

Managed to test the non infinity rebuy theory with remaining points and can confirm re entry format ran smoothly with no crashes. €1 UO sat with single re entry permitted was fine - no logouts after switching from table to lobby and back again. Tried two of these without issue. Same with €2 single re entry permitted to UO €10, no issues in gameplay there, although I was kicked out client right after purchasing ticket from bonus shop.

I then attempted to buy €1 MTTS with remaining points balance but fell for same mistake as my initial purchase and ended up with three more €1 hexapro tickets. Perhaps the format for tickets available to purchase could be clearly labelled on the actual ticket rather than conspicuously  defaulting to the Hex tab in bonus shop? I would have far preferred all purchases I made from the bps to have been for MTT but was caught out twice to the tune of 500bps!

Anyways, far fewer crashes when NOT playing infinity rebuys, no doubt you're already working on a solution for that, your infinity bug. Thanks again for the BPs and chance to test, if it weren't for my hastily mistaken purchasing of hexapro tickets I would have liked to have been a more diligent and helpful tester of further formats!

@successlaw , Not sure exactly how we will end up doing it, but I have been thinking about a yellow attention dot (like the green one for promos/missions) above profile icon in the footer as well as the relevant ticket sub-menu. That way you'll be alerted to it without having to navigate to the ticket view.

@Panamera thanks!

@OliD thanks! Let's see how it goes when we fix the infinite rebuy issue. My impression is this is at least 95% of crashes on iPad/iPhone
