Please let me know if it happens again! We have a new banner tool in our Back-office but it seems like we can't setup banners for specific markets without having it for UK players as well. I've removed the banner for now. I guess your issue is related to that change but let's try to figure out what's happening. When an avatar hasn't been downloaded correctly during the instalation of the client, it should show up like that at the table:Is that what you see? I've been facing this problem for several months. I was thinking that problem is in my PC, but I have bought a new laptop a couple days ago (before new relase) and this problem is still exist. It's exactly like on Mathrim's stream.To be honest it really makes the experience mixed up, so i am waiting for it to be fixed before i go on with playing cash games. Windows 7 x642. 9-seat MTT, 6-seat MTT3. One4. Blur folded avatars is ON for me. Turned it now off before a tourney start and it did not change anything. Avatars still disappear. But I find that it doesn't matter, I just tested 1 cash table and had the same problem.It was on, but I just tested with the option switched off and I have the same problem. However when I am inactive for an hour or so and then get back, I have to login again. That's good. But when I log in now, the login "popup" is only changed to the website. I cannot do anything.This only occurs when I've got logged out, not when logging in the first time I open the UnibetPoker. It is solved by restarting the entire client.See screenshot.
