You have a straight flush letssay with 5c6c on a 7c8c9c board and villian has QcKc ,hits runner runner 10c and Jc.

In fact any runner-runner situation where there needs to be exactly 2 specific cards (e.g. Low quads vs higher pocket pairs who hit runner-runner (KK vs AA on KKx board))
