bybo91
Hello there!Do you guys brefere to play poker irl or at the webb?I like both but I really prefer to play live. Why?I am just playing better live for some reasons. I don't know if it is because I need to see the people I play with or why I'm not as good on the internet xD The doughnut is the saddest dessert... it just can't find its inner piece. JamiesOld
Sometimes people play better live because they have much more time over each decision, and some people play better online because they don't feel under as much pressure being in such a familiar, comfortable environment where they can gesticulate and grimace as much as they want whilst making a decision. Ultimately, playing online is by far the best way to get better at the game because you play a lot more hands than live, so those unfamiliar poker situations will become familiar much quicker; resulting in you navigating them much more effectively. psrquack
For me online poker is much funnier and I easier can handle Omaha ( 4 colour hand, hand strenght) hands than in a club.
bybo91
Yeah, that is probably right. I get kind of stressed when I see the clock ticking down when I play in the webb :P The doughnut is the saddest dessert... it just can't find its inner piece. And the showdown: if 2 or 3 players showed their hand and you try to figure it out if your hand is enough for the win or not. You should try it once.:manlol:
bybo91
Haha the seems a bit complicated during timepressure xDI am not sure I know anyone who play omaha live and I don't go to the casino (I would just loose all my mioney) xD The doughnut is the saddest dessert... it just can't find its inner piece. Valkyrie
Online, definitely. It's comfy to play from home and I just like the privacy (I so do not have a poker face irl). So I generally avoid Unibet Open and similar types of tournaments because I don't want to "risk" winning and having to travel somewhere to play live. But that's just me. :smileyhappy:
sgriff
I play both but definitely prefer live. Once you are in the casino, you've made the time commitment and you can just relax and enjoy yourself. Playing online there are just too many distractions. The nearest casino to me is 40 miles away but I still play live espicially when there is an opportunity to play in a new city which can often be the case via the satellites. When you get knocked out of a tournament you can then do a spot of sightseeing.
AdJag612
I've never played live. Hope to select for Copenhagen or Blankenberge for my first life tournament Poker and Sports ! The ideal combination at Unibet
Lollero
I have never played live. There is only one casino in my country that offers live games and I don't live near to it. Some day I want to test live games but it has to be against weak players lol. :P

Valkyrie
I would, if only my friends shared my interest in poker, but for some weird reason they don't. :/ But I still prefer playing online, so that's okay. :)
