Offensive Username

I have a hard time understanding how anyone could find a poker nick offensive. The game of poker itself oughta be way more offensive to any sensitive sole than whatever nick could ever be. But I do find it funny that so few donkeys know how to spell "loser", as in "uralooser", and such. Especially since very few play a looser game than those miss-spellers themselves.

Hi @Dr_Yevskij, It's a sensitive subject and I'm not going to assume the intentions of the player that created the alias. In today's climate, I can understand how the word Jihad instantly reminds most people of unfortunate acts of terror, but in it's origin, the word means "struggle" or "effort".
Ismet is a name like any other. It's not about Islamic terrorism until we make it about it.

So, when is "Adolf" coming off the naughty list? As you know, it's a sensitive subject and I'm not going to assume the intentions of the player that created the alias. In today's climate, I can understand how the word Adolf instantly reminds most people of unfortunate acts of terror, but in it's origin, the word means "noble" or "wolf".

Adolf is a name like any other. It's not about Nazi terrorism until we make it about it.

We're gonna win on so many levels! We're gonna win, win, win. You're gonna get so tired of winning, you're gonna say: "Mr. President please, we don't wanna win anymore, it's too much!" And I'm gonna say: "I'm sorry, we're gonna keep winning because we're gonna make America great again!"

Let's play without aliases and while we're at it we should get rid of chip stacks as people might be offended by my big stack. We should all get dealt the same two cards and not be allowed to bet either.

Wow, I've realy set myself up with this one haven't I @WuDu . :atisfied:. To be honest, I didn't know that's the case with Adolf, I'll look into it if we can get it back. I'm sure there are hundreds of such examples, I realy don't want to open a can of worms here.

s4y54e5ysey5.PNG.cfc926e922a8d2a0395cfd8ebc725ee8.PNG  Should we give him a red card for nasty username and for abusing the timebank system ?

I really wonder does unibet tell them something or just delete the aliases and let them keep being manchields , no warnings , nothing??

Cheers for the report @Hotzonicu, :) The alias is deleted. We don't necessarily send a warning message after a first offense, but I have messaged people when noticing that they created offensive aliases after I deleted one. We're looking into the timebank abuse as well as @Stubbe-Unibet mentioned https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/General-Poker/Ridiculous-Stalling-in-UOS/m-p/240505#M40040

Not that I care all that much about whatever username anyone has, but this ultra aggressive superdonkey is running so crazy well that I feel I have to squeeze his balls anyway I can. His super ridiculous (what else to expect from a dork?) nick is DikInDAAss
