Zetna Posted September 24, 2020 Share Posted September 24, 2020 I dont know if this is the place to post about it but i couldnt find another way to contact the support. So here comes my problem. I got a few nice tourney scores yestorday and ended up in a winning session, to be exact i won 178.04 Euros, but today when im about to start my grind session i see that the balance is wrong and im exacly 107,50euros shorter on my account than i should be. I cant see any transaction history and i have not recived money to my bank account. Cant find any buy in history that can explain this aswell, ADMIN please resopnd. If you're checking it in Euro in the client, the balance will fluctuate according to the exchange rate. In this case your local currency decreased in value against the Euro, which would explain why it seems like your balance got lower (which it did, in Euro, but not in local currency).
