polarbear
not at all , slots are for all cause you dont need skill . poker is a game of skill . but you might be the best so just give them a try
LordOfPoka
Definately not for all. Too many lack of discipline, skills and the right character to be a sucessful player.Charakter - because they cannot deal with loses and freak out, while winning and losing is part of the game.discipline- cause they play not their best game, play drunk, games they cannot afford and so on.skill- cause many are not willing to learn and improve the game and just wanna gamble

psrquack
I really don't think so. If yopu are unable to sit in one place for hours and get bored to play one -twenty or more:-) tables at once then better to find something else.
bybo91
It would be, if everyone liked cardgames ;)You don need skills to play poker. To win poker, sure.... but you can still have fun playing even if you ain't good at it. But there are many people that doesn't enjoy playing cards (so weird) :) The doughnut is the saddest dessert... it just can't find its inner piece. Valkyrie
Well, obviously one needs to be interested in the game to even bother trying so for those who hate card games in general it's probably a big NO. Also playing tournaments for hours on end requires a lot of patience, so it might not be a game suitable for restless people. On the other hand, there are quicker games to choose from if one happens to be of that nature. But when it comes to skill it's not something that just pops up over night. It's possible to read up on different techniques and watch others play, but in the end the best way to learn is by playing yourself and you've got to start somewhere, right? I mean, even the most professional poker players were newbies at one point. :smileyhappy: So maybe Poker isn't a game for everyone, but if one has the slightest interest in card games it's definitely worth trying.
