Having issues with the client?

And why on earth you guys force us to be your beta testers? I keep losing money, because the damn thing keeps on freezing or disconnects in the middle of hands. What's the plan here? Are the players who have to go through this hell being compensated in any way? And how it's ok for you guys to go from decent poker room to that mess?

The Prt Scrn button on your keyboard will let you take a note of every hand number you're in when it crashes. If you expect it to crash then have Paint open all the time and then just copy/save the screengrabs whenever it happens

There are a number of reports that topping up in the cash game is causing crashes so I would stay away from that as well.

Support are aware of the issues and EV.

Or maybe I should record my sessions? Or even better, hire an assistant who can take notes for me?

You are missing the point. About seven days has passed since the forced upgrade to v2. Since then only one update has come out and I don't know what it actually was for, but I'm sure as hell it wasn't to make client more stable. Maybe they had to update selection of casino games or what not.

There's no way for me to keep up with this site as well as 2 + 2, but:  2.06 added Danish login, animation options, and fixed 9-max dealer button.  It's not MEANT to fix every problem ever.  If those problems were simple, they wouldn't have existed in the first place.

This is only in theory but give it a try. For those experiencing glitches and disconnections, try disabling all of the animation in the client’s settings, maybe you playing too many tables and your Laptop/desktop can’t handle it. Best of luck

You asked for ways to record hands in order to request refunds, I gave you an answer. I didn't miss the point, you asked the wrong question.

 Also if it freezes on your first table launch you've not confirmed your buy in so you can't be losing any money.

 

in last 7 days i manage to play 2 days where my tables freezes without reaosn..and lost 1 buck ,2 buc and so on ...i dont want a refund  i only want to play

Halarious to see my naivety following out of date Bug Reporting links to an "Ideas" area where I'm surprised to see no one else having issues with the client freezing. Add my first Idea only to come here and see that I'm far from alone.

This is a cash game. I expected better. Can't even find a hand history to report game numbers where it locked up.

What a huge step backwards, fancy graphics are not what makes a poker client.

I just want to play poker but Unibet does not provide that option anymore :(

Then you just won't push out an update that has critical bug in it. And if the critical bug comes out after the update you asap push out an hotfix or roll back the update. This is what you usually do in software engineering. I guess you get what pay for...
