Can you describe the steps? Like: 1. I sign in to the client 2. I .... 3. I ... 4. White screen appears. I'd also like to request the log file described on the above link. DoktorAvalanche Posted February 20, 2020 Share Posted February 20, 2020 Since the recent update this has happened both times I've tried to log in. I think that when I type my password and hit 'enter' on the keyboard i get the grey screen. However if I use the touchscreen to click on the 'log in' button the app loads up fine. I've not tried logging in on the laptop to see if this happens on the browser. When this was originally an issue it worked the same way on the browser too.
