I even talked to customer service and they said the same. Do you have rakeback deals or not? Right now i dont really find the "VIP system" for cashgame grinding to be that good. The point system can only be cashed in for hexapro tickets. And i was only eligible for like one €5 hexapro ticket after playing 10k+ hands at NL10. Cash bonuses, what can be find at shop and you can buy them via bonus points work as rakeback.
