Thanks  for the suggestion.

Here's a thread where all us relative newbies can ask questions and pool our knowledge.

I'll start, I've come across the Rule of 4 and 2, but haven't the foggiest what it is, anyone?

Just call me Mrs Kings :-)

Its for calculating percentage of you hitting.

so you Have AK of Diamonds

flop is T64 Diamonds.

If you wanted to calcualte chance of hitting your flush

so 8 Diamonds left in pack

8x4=32 = 32% chance of hitting draw by the river.

say turn was a club then

8x2=16 = 16% chance of hitting draw with the last card to come.

Just a quick way to calculate percentage of you hitting.

Just take number of outs times by 4 for turn/river or by 2 just for the river

You can exchange UO tickets again all is unicorns and rainbows in Unibet land.

Thanks

Just had a play around with some scenarios and I can see how that works out, kind of gives the same answer as my intuitive grasp of the chances, good to know I'm not far out.

And sorry , didn't realise you had already started a thread.
