@EL_HEFAZO, @Dr_Yevskij, @Imonibus, @HonorTheGame, can you give the new software version (link below) a try as well?

Doubt it'll be working for you, but worth a try now that at least the biggest issue has been fixed.

@Nahkahuilu ,@KostenBerg, I've sent some bonus points your way as a thanks for checking and confirming that it's working.

The issue was caused by a new feature from nVidia and AMD that force switch the app to use the dedicated GPU.
https://docs.nvidia.com/gameworks/content/technologies/desktop/optimus.htm
https://gpuopen.com/amdpowerxpressrequesthighperformance/

According to the dev that fixed it, the ones that experience the issue have something wrong with their video card/driver setup, as he have tried on computers with similar specs and it worked perfectly fine for him. This would also explain why not more users were affected.

@Stubbe-Unibet , I enabled the Nvidia graphic card after installing the new version and I could log-in without any issue. Everything seems to work normally. I will grind as usual tomorrow to test more in-depth. Thank you and the devs for the fix!

Seems to be working again. I do however feel that you need a new software. Or to be quicker to fix something like this. But that is however mostly in your own interest. For a player there is always the option to just quit.

It was unfortunate that we didn't manage to fix it before the weekend, I'll agree with that. However, saying we need a completely new client is taking it a bit far. The issues were not caused by changes on our end but updates from Nvidia and AMD, and as mentioned above, the customers experiencing the issue very likely have something wrong with their video card/driver setup. As soon as we got the necessary details from multiple customers we moved pretty quick.
