The issue was caused by a new feature from nVidia and AMD that force switch the app to use the dedicated GPU.https://docs.nvidia.com/gameworks/content/technologies/desktop/optimus.htmhttps://gpuopen.com/amdpowerxpressrequesthighperformance/ According to the dev that fixed it, the ones that experience the issue have something wrong with their video card/driver setup, as he have tried on computers with similar specs and it worked perfectly fine for him. However, saying we need a completely new client is taking it a bit far. The issues were not caused by changes on our end but updates from Nvidia and AMD, and as mentioned above, the customers experiencing the issue very likely have something wrong with their video card/driver setup. As soon as we got the necessary details from multiple customers we moved pretty quick. Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions.
