5 Euro Playthrough Bonus

Ok, so just cleared the last step and I was rather expecting 5 Euros to be credited to my account. But I got nothing...is it normally credited straight away or do you have to wait a while? 

Nothing credited after each step either, if it’s supposed to work that way?

Right, on checking my account I have been credited with 1 Euro. I keep meticulous records of where I am up to and record every sessions results and I swear I have not been credited with anything when the other 4 steps were completed, I have therefore assumed that you need to clear all the steps before you get paid.

if it has been paid in steps, can Unibet give me the dates please so I can check my spreadsheet? I make adjustments on it to reflect Euro exchange rates so possible that a payment or 2 got lost there but would be very surprised if it accounts for the other 4 Euros!

Those hidden rules actually states that you must rake that amount x5 until you get that 😞
Like for every 1€bonus you get, you must rake 5€ for the casino to get it.

And yeah, those bonuses are released into customers account in pieces, like 1€/5€rake made, (20%/100%)  and so on.

And nobody likes that sht either.

So the bonus does get paid on increments then. Suspect the other 4 payment steps got lost in my spreadsheet when I thought I was adjusting for exchange rates...thought the £ was doing well

@Rushbie I'm curious.. What's wrong with that? :) I feel it helps especially newer players along the way as it decreases the chance of having to make a new deposit to clear out a bonus.

Hi @ Kurde77, I do see 5 euro Cash added to your account yesterday, it is with a slight delay though, might be the reason of the confusion. You can view this transaction in your account's history as well. Can you please share that screenshot here in the community as well?
