Andy-Relax Posted February 27, 2021 Share Posted February 27, 2021 Hi everyone,Any outstanding tickets will be credited on Monday, if not before.I don't need to see copies of anyone's email, I can check that in our systems, and as long as you logged into the poker client on the 25th and let me know here you will get a ticket.For full transparency, the email went out on Thursday afternoon to just under 30,000 customers in error (instead of the intended 1000) and none of the customers were given a ticket automatically.
