Withdrawal 22 days and counting ?

Hi as the title explains I made a withdrawal on the 1/2/2021 that still says pending and I have not recieved . I spoke to live chat about it 2 weeks ago and they said if it's not there by monday re contact us but live chat is nowhere to be found now. Can you help please

Your withdrawal has been reversed back to the account as you have an ongoing verification case with the card. I will push it and see if I can have an update for you.
