Good evening. I have problems with withdraw, again. I made a withdrawal request on 29.01. Last week I asked the online chat support what is the delay. They contacted the payment department and said there was something wrong with mine IBAN. I said that I used the same account number as in past times and wrote it again. They promised to withdraw on Monday, but again nothing.
Please can you push the payment department. Tell them that I’m already using the same standard completed form with my account data. I did not seem to change anything compared to past withdrawals. If somehow I accidentally deleted one digit in the number, then let them cancel the request and I will repeat it again
