I'm not sure what you mean by "Im a fully verified player", as there's no such thing at any site. Depending on your transactions, deposit methods etc., documents might be requested from you at any time, and you can never be such a thing as "fully verified".

You already mentioned you spoke to the chat, so I'm not sure what you mean by "only communication I seem to get with this site". I'd advice you to contact the chat now, and they can guide you right away - I don't have access to your uploaded document(s).

I am sorry about the delay, but it seems to mostly be due to the fact that you don't get/see the email communication sent to you.
