No withdrawal to bank accounts ! Is it just for us players from Norway ?

Hi

The customer service says that there are some technical problems regarding withdrawals to bank accounts in norway and the bank account withdrawal option also dissapeard from the Withdrawal section.We just have one option right now and thats muchbetter which i dont use.

Is it possible if u can give us some information about this problem and how long it will be like this . I have been betting on unibet over 4 years and never had any problems until last week.

Still waiting for an answer ? The sad part is that i hear from other norwegian customers that some of them still have the bank withdrawal option available ??!! How can this be possible when i dont have it but other has !!

Apologies @joachimtr, haven't had the time to follow up on this. 

The method was taken off for some customers due to technical issues. Bank withdrawal option should be back available to everyone hopefully within a week!

It has been over 2 weeks now and we still dont have a bank withdrawal option.I heard that its not all the norwegian customers its some of us that can not get bank withdrawals.Will this really be fixed or why cant the norwegian community get some updates for this

Hi @ReCorpH  again it has been 2 weeks since my last post totally 1 month since u mentioned in a post above that some norwegian customers had problems with withdrawals to bank accounts and that would be fixed in one week.Still its not available and i am asking over and over again will we just get some updates about it ?? Like why some norwegian customers have problems with it and not everyone cause i hear from other norwegians that they can make bank withdrawals ?? Can we please get some answers here !!

Hey @joachimtr, the issue is with certain banks. I will ask about it again, I was told then it would hopefully be fixed within a week.
