Sure. There is a rule about this , so you can have 2 changes , before the tournament starts , as a one time thing : 

"3. All members can change up to 2 predictions as a one-time thing. Any change must be posted before the deadline of the tournament predictions, hey must do it by tagging the host ( @AndreiBN ) and let him know about the change, otherwise, their pick will not be taken into consideration. "
