is it so responsible to offer just 5 pounds in bonus funds that have 25x wagering , this is not responsible at all , what is also not responsible is bingo vouchers similar to bonus funds where playeres max out more than cash players , its no different in poker with poker bonus and tickets given , we have to play our part with responsible gambling and i expect any casino to do same about been responsible

Hi @Lionsvilla, welcome to the Community first of all :)

I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding what you're trying to say here. Wagering has nothing to do with Responsible gambling. The tools we have in place, processes that we operate under, a pro active attitude and last but not least understanding players is what drives Responsible gambling in most online gambling companies.

Here's our take on the matter: https://www.kindredgroup.com/media/press-releases/2018/kindred-group-wins-social-responsible-operator-award/.

hi thanks for reply , first of all i was a bit wrong on wagering with bonus this because i failed mine and i was looking at sports wager which had by far significant amount to wager than the bingo and casino however i did notice this  recently and kept an eye on it for my mom playing who did manage to get jp wins and other wins to enable her to withdraw a good 200 from an initial 10 pounds = 40 pounds bonus so it is not as bad as thought i do understand that this is bonus funds .but i stick to what say i have experienced on other sites too that with bonus funds given the players they are able to max out more than the cash player that was my point and on been responsible and i just believe it should be seperated from any cash games with bonus for this reason because i also notice slots are better on bonus than they are with cash , please dont think i moaning this just more of idea and feedback to improve site it has few players in rooms like bingo and poker and it sems like it could be a really good casino to play in but definetly needs improvements especially for fair play like mentioned with bonus funds vs cash funds

Hi @Lionsvilla thanks for your reply and clarification :). We're open for discussion and feedback is always good in my own personal humble opinion so thank you for that as well. Regarding the below:
"-i was looking at sports wager which had by far significant amount to wager than the bingo and casino "
This is indeed true, and here's why. Generally speaking the systems are unable to exclude a product from the wagering requiremenr, in other words, let's say even though we would like to offer a Bonus and is targeted to be wagered in Casino, we can't technically remove the Sportsbook wagering requirement of that bonus, which leaves us with the only solution available which is setting the sports wagering at it's maximum X999. I realize how this might come off a bit odd, but knowing this now I hope I managed to give you a bit of a different perspective on the matter.
Regarding the slots paying better on Bonus funds rather than with cash is not accurate though, they pay the same both in Cash and in Bonus. It's more a matter of RNG.
Thank you for your feedback in any case, it''s good to see a different angle on one thing from time to time :) keeps us on our toes.
