Today we've launched our new Live Casino on Casino Grande

Recommended Posts

Earlier today we've gone live with our new Live Casino from Evolution gaming on Casino Grande. It's a big leap forward for us and we think it looks fantastic.

We've upgraded everything from the tables and cameras, to our dealers uniforms. In addition we've almost doubled the total number of tables we have and introduced an immersive style multi camera roulette table in English.

We hope you all like it, comment in here with your feedback, it would great to see your thoughts and comments.

Looks great, very professional and classy. Love the dark colours. Also a big thumbs up for the girls' uniforms. Many live casinos have really revealing female "uniforms" and as a girl I log in to play - not to see cleavage. (But I'm sure there are alot of guys out there who will disagree. :smileywink:)

I would like to be the first one to disagree with Valkyrie, the girls are too dressed, there's nothing bad in showing some skin.gambling goes well with beautiful women

Fear knocked at the door, Faith answered and nobody was there.

I agree and I think casinos know this as well. Make guys stick around for a bit longer to run on that long streak and distract the methodical ones with conversation and flirt, at least thats how I would run a casino. :D

I look because they are there, but can't work out who's being more insulted, the women who have to dress like muppets or the m e n who somebody thought would log in on the off-chance of a bit of cleavage.

Well, first of all, my post was mainly about complimenting Unibet on their new casino room and especially the choice of female uniforms. That's what stood out to me because it's different from what we normally see in online live casinos and I wanted to let them know I appreciated their good taste. I wish more casinos shared it. I never said men logged in specifically to see cleavage, nor did I slander the women for having to wear those kinds of clothes. I only stated that being a girl I don't appreciate seeing that when I log in to play. However, since most guys have a certain fondness of that part of the female anatomy I'm pretty sure they wouldn't exactly complain if that's what happens to appear in front of their eyes (when they log in to play). As nelutzu and DepchZ said above, they merely see it as an extra bonus - and therein lies the "disagreement". It was just meant as a lighthearted side note, and they got the joke. But I'm sorry if I offended anyone, that definitely wasn't my intention.

Your post didn't offend me, but the uniforms elsewhere have, hence my post. If I want to admire such things i'll watch Babestation, if you don't know what that is you are lucky! Casinos are for gambling and not anything else and that was the point of my post, although seemingly badly made.

Then I guess we were actually trying to make the same point, albeit in different ways. :smileyhappy: Since you quoted me I just got the impression that I was the "someone" you referred to in your post, thus I felt compelled to defend myself. Now I realize you meant someone as in whoever makes those decisions at the casinos. My mistake.

I made the decision to go for a more elegant less revealing look for a couple of reasons.

Primarily, we want the games to be about the games and for the tables, uniform and backgrounds to have a high class, premium feel. I believe that the more revealing uniforms can look a little tacky and this is not what we look to represent here at Unibet. Whilst I know and appreciate some players will be disappointed we feel we know our players and that the majority will appreciate the more premium approach.

A secondary but equally important reason was the dealers themselves. I wanted them to feel happy to come into work and wear these uniforms and be appreciated for their talents as dealers/game presenters as opposed for other more superficial reasons.

I think we achieved both these points and hope that our players will appreciate the improvements.

Your new Casino looks great, dealers looks great, its big difference between playing in some generic live casino "out the somewhere", and branded live casino.. i know you were running Unibet tables before, but now its much better. Dark colors are great. About the dealers, i can tell you, i saw it in other live casino under (not exactly i know) well known poker room. There was a blackjack dealer on high stakes table, and he was exhausted. he literally slept on the table. in the middle of the game and nobody cared. no kidding. and i saw the same thing 3 times in two weeks.. so, let the discussion about risks of gambling for other topic,  your new casino is just great.

Hi,

Yesterday was the first time I used and saw the new Live Casino interface, and I want to give you my feedback.

I think there are some details, such as icons and texts that have become too small in the new user interface. On screens with lower resolutions, such as small laptops, it's hard to see or read this information even when expanding the live game into full screen view.

It's a common problem that software developers use screens with high resolution, and that they do not always take all users into account.

I attach a screen shot so that you can see what the icons and texts looks like on a 1024 px width screen (in full screen mode).

It was no problem to read any text in the old interface, using the same screen. I hope you will consider increasing the icon and font sizes.

Here is another difficult example from smaller screens. The information text in the Live Lobby is barely readable, even in expanded screen mode (that you get to by clicking the four-arrows icon). The screen is 1024 pixel wide, same as in my previous message, see above.

Click on the attachment to view the screen shot from the lobby.

I have played a bit of blackjack both from PC and my smart phone. Overall a good product but playing from phone can cause a bit of technical problems. Usually I get connectivity problems after five minutes of play or so. The sound and picture get out of sync so it becomes almost unplayable.

My phone is about four months old so it should not be the problem.

For those of you having issues on mobile, can you advise what browser you're using?

There are some issues we're aware of with Safari that I know our suppliers are working to resolve. I know the experience isn't up to standard and we are pushing for this to be fixed. In the meantime, I would suggest either using chrome or using our Live Casino App, which gives a much better quality experience.

Thanks

Joey

I use Chrome. I will give the casino app a try.

As I wrote the game works well to start but if there is a lag or lost signal for a couple of seconds the picture comes back in low quality and out of sync with audio. So changing table or reloading the table is required.

I use Chrome on PC (never on mobile) but sometimes I've had similar problems to the problems described above: lip synch not perfect, and quality setting automatically adjusting to low, or video removed altogether, despite my 200 Mbit/s connection that shows no trouble on other sites or when testing my connection.

Today the Live Casino kept HD quality, but the lip synch is still not as good as in the old version.

Thanks for this feedback, I'll take it on with our suppliers. The video automatically reduces in quality when low bandwith is detected but obviously this shouldn't be the case with a 200mbps connection.

We upgraded our cameras to some higher quality full HD ones which may be causing the difference, but your connection (or any good connection) should be able to sustain a good quality stream.

I'll raise this and ensure this is improved. Your gameplay experience is of the upmost priority.
