A player needs to go through relevant content in order to acquire the information which he would usually get from a chat agent and if the issue isn't solved the Chat/Phone/E-mail button will be offered in order to contact us directly. With that out of the way, I have attracted the attention of the Poker department regarding this and as soon as an answer is received, I will be sure to update you here in this thread. Obviously when it comes to something that is somewhat more complicated, the Community Widget is offered instantly in the top right and bottom right corners. without even having to go through the FAQ.
