Possible bug?

Hi! I have one question about roulette! Just played a few round and was going to put 5000 Norwegian kroners on 3rd 12. What happend is i have a small screen on my pc , so i managed to click half 28 and half 3rd 12. the bottom line that seperates 28 and 3rd 12 is what i managed to click, so that should mean i would get half or something my money back if it hit something in 3rd 12 right? 

The number that hit was 26 black, wich mean i kinda got it right? It said i was rewarded 60 kroners for that bet instead of 7500 or what should have been right, but my account still got 3.50 kroners and not even the 60 i won. am i trippin or should i have 7500 on the account?

We had a word with our Casino expert and he'll be more than happy to have a look to see what happened and to provide you with an accurate answer. For this we would need to find the exact round. Could you have a look at your casino history and provide us with the round ID?

Quick update for you @Kattenask. we've double checked the rounds and the number 26 was not included in the "Street bet", it is actually the numbers 28, 29 and 30 that get paid.
