Missing bonus

I got a heads up logging inn to unibet that I could get a 100%bonus. I accepted and put in 256 nok I believe

 But no bonus??

Hello @Trinemor, and welcome to forum 😃 Did you check the account's balance info from the top-right corner of the Unibet page? If it's the first deposit -bonus you've taken, it should be visible there in the "bonus balance" part.
It's not yet withdrawable, or playable in poker, because all the bonus money needs to be wagered first before they turn into real money.  Also the amounts and requirements are explained in the T&C's, which you probably should check too. Not sure if this is the right one, but looks like it's the one you mean?

Hi @Trinemor, welcome to the Community. :) I see the deposit and the activation of the Bonus happened in the same minute, there must have been a bit of delay in the activation of the Bonus in our system. I have made a little mistake when adding it to your account though, I added the amount last deposited in Bonus money (175 nok) not 256 nok like it was supposed to be. I'm happy to add the rest as a Community Bonus after you finish the wagering of this one if that works for you :) Sorry about that.

I did also deposit 100,-NOK at yesterday, and I didn`t get any bonus either. Can you help me?

Both @Trinemor and I are Norwegian, so we have to get the same bonus-offer from Unibet Norway.

Hi @steppek77, indeed I see a Bonus active however the 2 Bonuses differ from one another. 
Yours is a 50% deposit bonus up to 1000kr. The reason the Bonus didn't trigger is that the minimum deposit required amount wasn't reached unfortunately (1000kr)  I've attached the full terms of your Bonus below, do let me know if there are any questions.

I didn`t notice that the minimum deposit was 1000,-NOK (!!!!) to get that bonus, @RayL

But I don`t think it is fair that some Norwegians got a nice bonus with only make a small deposit, but I have to deposit 1000,-NOK!!!

WHY???

Now I am very disappointed about Unibet Norway.

This time it is a 25% casino bonus, but again with minimum deposit at 1000,-NOK!!! This is not fun at all 😞
