Goodwills and ekstra bonuses for highrollers?

Hi

Do you guys get any goodwill when you ask customers service / live chat etc ?

I feel I dont get anything here, same at storspiller.no, I deleted that site. I can deposit all from 1000 to 5000 euro  in 1day, and they want give ❤️♥️❤️ back. Ive lost about 50K-euro on unibet last 12 months. And its very rare I get some ekstras bonuses etc. I used to play on other sites where I wagered a lot.

my experience is that they all give something back. but not unibet. theyre getting pist at me for "naging" and dont answer email etc. for a customer who has lost 5k euro last 24 hours. should i leave, and go back to better places?

Hi @badegakk85 and welcome to the community!

It's correct that it's not possible to get a bonus through the live chat, it's something that we don't do anymore and haven't for a while now. Instead, all bonuses are added directly on the account, for the most part automatically. 
Including cash back from last months play, I see that you've received three bonuses so far this month - is that correct on your end?

Your comment about being told on the live chat or in email that you're nagging them, or you don't get a reply, doesn't sound good. Do you remember times/days where this has happened? I'd like to follow up on that because it doesn't sound like a good experience.

And just for good measure: I had to edit your post a bit, as it's against community guidelines to promote competitors in this kind of context.

If you make deposits for 10 000 to 50 000 NOK (1000-5000 Euro) in 1 (!!) day, you seem to have a big gambling problem..
