@Fredrik-Unibet, One thing I don’t like about these games is the “yes, the bonus/special round! ❤️♥️❤️, it was just a tease” feature aka the feature of disappointment. I understand why someone might have thought it was a good idea; added thrill. It just doesn’t make any sense to me from a psychological pov. When the bonus round is triggered, the player usually expects some kind of win. On the vast majority of machines, when the bonus trigger/special feature happen, you’ll get into the bonus round, and so I think it’s a fair assumption that that’s the general expectation. The first time the tease happens, it’s very likely to be an extra big disappointment to the player - and it doesn’t stop being a disappointment.
It’s not like it feels extra great when you actually hit the bonus round, as it’s sort of an expectation, and it’s fair to say that most casino players always hope for the best (else they probably wouldn’t be playing). So, it doesn’t add anything positive to the experience, but is purely a feature of dissapointment (and a tiny bit of extra excitement, but buying a bit of extra excitement by adding s lot of dissapointment, that’s never a good trade imo). Doubt it was made “by players, for players” - more like “by developers, for players” :)

Exactly, @testuser1. This is far from the creating of good experience for the players, and only there to keep players playing (making money for the devs) through the times they'd normally more likely to stop. It's called https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_conditioning. :Speechless:
Not very Christmas type of thing, but as long as the devs are obeying the Great Psychopath, a.k.a. The Business, the hype around this game can be easily used to make shtton of spins using that feature. It's still progressive jp it's using, so gotta get those quick profits from somewhere..

But the elf that is STEALING bonus items from the view in Wild Christmas is still a lot worse IMO :Wow:.
Sure it can be understood as a feature that swings the moodboat, thus creating more drama into gameplay, but ffs did I personally want to punch through the screen because of that. That's just.. evil.

Edit. The "nearly" jackpot animation gets suprisingly pretty epic, tho :Laugh: Especially if you got your speakers loud.

Just tried this game for play money.  I don’t get why anyone would want to add such a negative aspect to a slot game. When you’re playing slots, it should be about hoping for a good thing to happen, it shouldn’t be about hoping a bad thing won’t happen - kinda defeats the whole purpose in a way :D

Again, I see why this might look like a good idea to a developer, but it shows a clear lack of understanding of psychology and gambling - or they’re just targeting people who’re into masochism  :D

Cheers for all the input on the games, I will make sure it gets across to Red Tiger Gaming. You raise fair points and my personal opinion is to always try to increase that positive feeling and not the other way around. There are very many cases (other games) when I feel that it is either too hard to collect something to get something, or to hit the bonus round, hence putting a large number of players off. Balancing that thrill element with the gratification needed (to keep investing time and money) is indeed very important when building slots.

@Fiijibest @Livertool @testuser1 @PokerAndBetting @Rushbie (referencing a few actives in this thread)

Hi,

I just want to mention that we have introduced a new maxbet cap on these games with the ambition to flatten out the chances of winning. This is a very positive change for players that are staking lower amounts and the new maxbet is now €12 (or 120 SEK). Hope you like it and if you play the daily jackpots best of luck!

By players, for players.

Right direction but way too high still if you ask me. I mean with 12€ bets you can bury thousands pretty quickly. But then again if slotters don´t bury money in those slots, jackpots wouldn´t be very high either. I know you won´t tell us but in my pov it would be more attractive to hunt those jps if i would know what are the chances of hitting those with certain bet. After all, that is what i luv in slots, that you can win up thousands of times your bet, thing that i wouldn´t ever achieve or even try at sportbetting. And i think in "regular" slots there is equal chances to get those wins in any bet, as far as i know.

But some likes the mother and some daughter, it´s kind of good concept to quarantee those jackpots everyday and i´m sure many will hunt them even with higher bets :)

Edit..And one thing that could attract more players to try them if you would get freespins to try to hunt them next day, with more you play more you get principle. Even if freespins wins would have wager it might lure in players... or not :D Just a thought :)
